The Communications CareerBuilder™ process and Communications CareerMap™ product produce a detailed, single page document that covers the next ten years of your career - where you'd like to be, the steps to get there, what skills you'll need and the training and development courses you'll need to complete in order to be promoted.
It is suitable for communication professionals at all levels, working in PR agencies or in-house roles, with up to 18 years experience. It is also suitable for undergraduates looking to enter the communications profession, who are in their final year of a business college or tertiary institution course.
The Communications CareerBuilder™ process collects and assesses your qualifications, experience and proficiency levels in essential communication skills. This will establish a baseline marker for your career today. In two, 60 minute sessions we will then use that information to chart and build your Communications CareerMap™.
The map will consist of key milestones, determined by your career ambitions, expected speed of advancement, important life milestones and necessary skill development. The discussion will also include advice on the best way to realise your ambitions and how to avoid common career pitfalls.
