Our offer provides a Development Map (DMap) document for the agency to use to visually represent the employee's development plan. The DMap clearly outlines the training and development the employer will be providing over a 12 month period. It provides a means for the individual and their manager to discuss the exact level of investment, what development outcomes will be achieved and how that investment forms part of their salary package.
Our pricing for this product is based on a licensing model. The total price will be the per unit cost multiplied by total number of consultant employees.
