The Induction Guide is one of those documents that often starts as a 'must do' item and ends up as a 'low priority' for many agencies. Yet first impressions count.
Our offer is to create a custom-designed induction guide for the agency that captures its vision, business direction and values while also providing the new joiner with practical information like admin systems, finance processes, where to go for lunch or coffee and other useful tips.
