How We Work

  • You contact us by phone or email with your enquiry.

  • We will return your call or email and discuss your business needs. During that call we will advise you on the next steps and costs if you would like to use our services.

  • If you choose to use our services, payment is required upfront.

  • Our business plan and company profile writing services require a one hour call to get the information about your business. It takes three (3) business days to deliver a draft document to you. You review the plan and we make any changes required (up to three rounds of changes included). Once you are satisfied with the plan, we will send you all the original files and research material.

  • Our business consulting services are done over Zoom at a mutually agreed time.

Our Fair Play Policy

Should we not receive any feedback from you within five days of receiving the draft document, we will assume that you are satisfied with the plan or company profile.

Should we not receive any feedback from you within five days of receiving the edited document with your requested changes, we will assume that you are satisfied with the revisions and we will consider your project completed.

Should your business details significantly change within 14 days of the initial interview (e.g. location, name, industry etc.), the Roxburgh Group will make those changes to the original document at no additional cost to you. Significant changes that occur to the business after 30 days of the initial interview will be charged as a new project.

We require full payment upfront to ensure all our staff are fairly paid for the work they do, when they do it. Should any client have concerns with the quality of our work, we will do everything possible to address those concerns. We pride ourselves on producing the best possible written document in the market at this price point. If the client is still unhappy with the quality of our work after improvements have been made, we will fully refund their money in line with our Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

All of the Roxburgh Group’s work is carried out in the strictest client confidence. The Roxburgh Group will not divulge any client information to any external source unless required to do so by court order. We are happy to sign any client’s non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement.

The Roxburgh Group is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. A copy of the Australian Privacy Principles may be obtained from the website of The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Once you have received the draft document, you have the opportunity to review it and provide feedback. Once your feedback and comments are received, it is implied that you are satisfied with the business plan or company profile.

If you are unsatisfied with the first draft document, and you do not believe any amount of corrections or amendments would improve the document to a satisfactory level, you have five days (from receiving the first draft document) to notify The Roxburgh Group in writing and request a full refund. Refunds will not be provided after that five-day period or if you have already implied you are satisfied with the business plan or company profile document.

Our Client Indemnity Policy

While The Roxburgh Group has taken all care in providing the business services to its client, all businesses are subject to risks, uncertainties and assumptions that could cause actual events or results to differ materially from the estimates or expectations implied by any statements provided by the Roxburgh Group during the provision of those services. In accepting those services, the client acknowledges that any forward-looking statements may be based on assumptions, which may not be correct. The client should not rely on any projections as to future events or other forward-looking statements as a statement, warranty or representation of fact, but should satisfy itself as to its correctness by such independent investigation, analysis or due diligence as it or its advisers think fit.
