We will return your call or email and discuss your business needs. During that call we will advise you on the next steps and costs if you would like to use our services.
If you choose to use our services, payment is required upfront. We will then arrange a mutually convenient time for the first meeting over Zoom.
For the General Business Consulting, the first meeting will involve discussing and understanding the business problem that needs solving, providing initial advice and if required, finding the right expert to assist in solving it.
For the Starting a Business Package, the first meeting will involve understanding the business, determining which experts are needed and to make arrangements for 8-12 individual Zoom calls (to set up the business).
For the Business Improvement Package, the first meeting will use our patented Business Health Check system to deliver a comprehensive, state-of-the-business diagnostic report over a one hour consultation. Our 30 years of business advisory experience will turn that report into a straightforward action plan guaranteed to achieve results. Our thousands of business contacts around Australia will provide the right expert/s to help you make the changes.
Any additional costs or experts’ fees will be discussed and agreed before any work commences.
