We will get back to you and confirm your requirements and the costs involved. If you are happy to proceed, we start with a short 3H Brand Philosophy exercise to help us better understand your brand.
Once that is completed we collect the materials from you for the Company Profile (hi-res photos, your web address, other documents, sample/s of other Company Profile designs you like etc.)
Our designer will then use state-of-the-art CANVA and Adobe design software to prepare a draft document.
We will share that draft with you and, with your feedback, make any changes necessary to finalise the document.
Once you are happy with the design, we will take payment and send you the final files as a PDF.
With any creative project, there are rare occasions when agreement on the final design of the Company Profile cannot be reached. We will do everything possible in our professional ability to avoid these circumstances but they do occur. Our policy in these situations is to accept that agreement cannot be reached and charge a small cancellation fee of $220 (inc. GST) to cover our basic expenses. The Roxburgh Group will retain ownership of the design work.
